Supporters of German lawyer Dr Reiner Fuellmich say he faces harsh conditions after transfer to JVA Lingen prison near the Dutch border.
He is serving a 3-year-9-month sentence for breach of trust over Corona Investigative Committee donations, which he denies.
In a Substack post by his wife Inka, he reported a cold, damp basement cell with moldy walls, no warm clothing which prevents outdoor time, and groceries left behind at his prior prison.
The move, cited as “occupancy balancing,” occurred during a recent phone interview with RCR’s Paul Brennan. It was the second such transfer during a media interview.
