The investigation into the killing of former politician Ann Widdecombe has been handed to UK counter-terrorism police after new evidence, including material allegedly found at the suspect’s home and on electronic devices, prompted authorities to rearrest a 28-year-old man on terrorism-related offences.
The development has fuelled debate over political violence, with conservative figures including Nile Gardiner, Richard Tice, Zia Yusuf and Robert Jenrick arguing that threats against right-wing politicians have been underestimated and criticising police for initially ruling out a political motive.
The case has also renewed scrutiny of security arrangements for Reform UK leader Nigel Farage, while police continue to appeal for information from the public.
OK Ann Widdecombe’s murderer has mental and behavioral disabilities and is overweight.
Is this the makeup of a trained assassin working for the Russians?
More likely a gamer obsessed vampires.
