Yesterday’s protest attracted a good crowd outside the downtown HQ of the Stuff media group.
According to a report by Counterspin Media, protesters gathered to call out Stuff reporters for their continuing character assassinations against the likes of Counterspin, Carl Bromley, Colin Whiteman, Vicki Payne and other local body elections candidates.
Many candidates were not invited to council ‘meet your local candidate’ meet and greet evenings.
Pastor Carl Bromley was asked if it was possible for Stuff to transfrom itself.
‘It would be amazing to see some kind of transformation of the media,’ he said. ‘…To have a conscience and get their hearts right and start telling truth and go back to their original responsibilty of being the fourth estate, to protect the people and hold the government to account.
‘The chances are pretty slim at the moment, so I think in the meantime, it exposing the corruption and maybe pricking the conscience of some of the people working there, because there’s still some good people working in the system – I’ve met some of them, but the predominant influence, the powers that be, the masters who have control and determine what’s published, they’re the people who are destructive, they’re the evil.
Lee Williams of Cross the Rubicon also spoke of his feelings towards the media. ‘Them people over there [in The Press Building] are filth, they are disgusting, and controversial (I’m going to say it anyway), they are the scum of New Zealand, and they accuse everyone else of being scum. The media of New Zealand are scum.’
Mainstream media has become a threat to freedom. International Corporate media is working for Big MIC and hence a threat to humanity.

Keep exposing Stuff’s lies
Well, some of you will know how I feel about Stuff with my Letter to the Editor here a few months ago. At the time of writing they were deep into savaging Voices for Freedom among others. I genuinely believed there was a glimmer of hope that one, maybe two would begin to see the reality of what is going on right under their noses and change tack, but no, I was wrong. If fact they got a whole lot worse. So good on everyone who protested outside their doors in Christchurch yesterday. ????????????
One of the things I do on a regular basis is to write to individual reporters when I come across any article, which is either patently wrong or deliberately misleading. Often you can find an email link to the person responsible somewhere in the report. Be polite, but direct with your comments. Occasionally I get a response. So please join me in writing to them so we may educate them. And if you are doing so already, that’s brilliant. Sooner or later the cracks will appear. If they don’t it will not be from lack of trying…

“Anti-MSM” protest phrase can be avoided. MSM will use it to their own gain.
“Stop MSM Propaganda and Lies” protest rather than “Anti-MSM” protest.
“Anti-vax” is a smear term used by the government and corporate media when public were exercising their human rights to refuse an experimental gene therapy. For many sheeples, the word “anti” is scary!!!!
