Every woman has an inalienable right to be born!

Women in New Zealand will not achieve justice and equality until their right to be born is enshrined by Parliament in legislation.

Every human being, regardless of the circumstances of their conception, is endowed by their Creator with an inalienable right to life and a right to be born. Being inalienable, these human rights may not be taken away, nor may they be given up.

The most dangerous place for a woman in New Zealand today is in her mother’s womb. One in five female children are killed before birth. It is estimated that in 2024, there were more than 8,500 female unborn children who were murdered in their mother’s womb by being poisoned, scraped out of their mother’s womb, or dismembered. In response to their terrifying silent screams, we should weep at our failure to save them.

It is an appalling injustice that our New Zealand parliament passed the Abortion Legislation Act in 2020, to allow for women in their first 20 weeks of life to be murdered in the womb for any reason or none.

The innocent blood of our children soaks our land and reverberates into the future. In God’s plan, many of these female unborn children were destined to be the mothers of future generations, who will now not be born.

Why does our government approve and fund the murder of our children, and the wounding of their mothers under the guise of health care?

The Ministry of Women’s Affairs is a defender of the human rights of women in New Zealand. A guiding principle of the Ministry’s strategy is to free women from violence, and to secure a safe and healthy environment for women.

Right to Life asks: Why is the Ministry not at the forefront in our nation in vigorously promoting the right of women to be free from the violence of abortion and their right to be born?

In 1893, the New Zealand parliament recognised that women had a right to vote. New Zealand was the first country in the world to recognise women’s right to vote.

Why is it then that our parliament refuses to recognise the fundamental human right of women to be born?

If women are denied this right, then all the other human rights of women become irrelevant!

  1. Every human being, regardless of the circumstances of their conception, is endowed by their Creator with an inalienable right to life and a right to be born. Being inalienable, these human rights may not be taken away, nor may they be given up [ and applies EQUALLY to the TWO sexes] Right to Life NZ.

  2. The writer of this article seems to be blaming the government for killing babies in the womb. Surely it is the pregnant woman that ultimately decides to abort their baby, not the government.

    • Exactly. And what also is overlooked, mothers are bringing up boys into men.
What they don’t screw up the tsunami of only female teachers do.
And look at the books in any primary school’s library: you will be hard pressed to find one book depicting functioning families with a father figure.

  3. Given that the (sensible) definition of a woman is an adult human female, it could rightly be said that every woman has already been born! This article should have been sent back to the author for re-writing prior to publication.

  4. Our healthcare system spends millions on trying to save lives in New Zealand it also spends a lot on killing innocent babies how does that work ,what kind of a country do we live in ,what kind of people are we . ?Cold blooded murders that’s what we are there is no other conclusion.
