The All Blacks have made five changes to their 23 for Saturday’s Rugby Championship clash against Australia at Eden Park, the first of two Bledisloe Cup Tests.
Cam Roigard and Cortez Ratima return from injury to cover halfback, while Patrick Tuipulotu is back on the bench. Caleb Clarke starts his first game of the season on the left wing, shifting Will Jordan to fullback and Leroy Carter to the right wing, with Damian McKenzie set for an impact role off the bench.
Loose forward Peter Lakai joins the reserves bench. Injured skipper Scott Barrett is sidelined for this match, with Fabian Holland starting at lock alongside Tupou Vaa’i.
Codie Taylor reclaims the starting hooker role as New Zealand look to defend Eden Park, with Rugby Championship points and the Bledisloe Cup at stake.
