Panthers end Warriors’ season with solid win

The Warriors’ 2025 NRL season came to an end with a 8-24 defeat to the four-time defending premiers Penrith Panthers on a wet night in Auckland tonight.

Despite an early penalty goal from Tannah Boyd and a try from rookie Leka Halasima, the Warriors were outclassed as Penrith controlled the match with tries to Isaiah Papali’i, Brad Schneider, Jesse McLean, and Brian To’o.

The result keeps Penrith’s bid for a fifth straight title alive, while the Warriors’ search for a maiden premiership enters its 30th year.
