50-year-old Nicholas Cepeda believes he is a 13-year-old girl named ‘Melody Wiseheart’.
Cepeda has been given the green light by Swim Ontario to compete in teenage girl swimming competitions.
According to a tweet by Rebel News, Cepeda is also allowed to shower and change with the girls.
When Rebel News tried to cover the latest swim event at the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre last weekend, they were trespassed by police from the venue on the orders of Swim Ontario.
Media were also banned from covering the event, although Rebel News reporter David Menzies witnessed Cepeda being ushered into the building through a side-entrance early in the morning.
Last December the New York Post reported parents were not happy with situation.
‘The girls were terrified,’ an unidentified parent told media of having to share a locker room with the much older man.
‘It’s all so confusing for the kids,’ another parent said.
‘No one is comfortable. Everyone is accepting of all people, but them swimming against our kids and being in a locker room with them is not appropriate.’

Would not the “appendage” create more drag? However, the strength of the 50-year-old male may offset that. Perhaps the “appendage” does not create enough drag because it is too small and that is why the “male” is so angry at society and wants to convince society that he is a “female” thing.
Would not the “appendage” be hard in the presence of young teen women, especially while naked in the changing rooms? Perhaps the “male” should be given a medal for pretending to be a woman, and all the real young teen women should be banned from the women’s sports? Perhaps the “male” should be given some serious mental health counseling? Perhaps our society should stop validating these sick people who are obviously very ill and perhaps need to be placed in a padded cell.

Notice how this has been set up: Since when would any adult be allowed in children’s swimming competitions, regardless of sex? Never. Could the mother of one of the young girls say, “Hey, can I join the race as will?” Of course not!
Notice also how the Police protect this situation that has been set up, rather than protecting the children or the parents’ wishes.
