Top US law expert says COVID-19 mRNA injections qualify as ‘Biological Weapons’ under Florida law

COVID 19 mRNA news

Dr. Francis Boyle drafted the Biological Weapons and Antiterrorism Act of 1989.

Renowned US law expert Professor Francis Boyle has confirmed that the COVID-19 mRNA injections meet the definition of a biological weapon under Florida state law. Boyle’s assertion, presented in an affidavit, has intensified the ongoing legal and political debate surrounding the distribution and administration of the experimental gene therapies, marketed to the public as ‘vaccines.’

Professor Boyle’s affidavit was introduced in a Florida case late last month involving an Emergency Petition for a Writ of Mandamus. The petition aims to persuade Governor Ron DeSantis to prohibit the distribution of the mRNA COVID-19 injections within the state. Furthermore, it seeks to compel Attorney General Ashley Moody to confiscate the vaccine vials, citing potential violations of state law.

Boyle, a Harvard-trained international law professor known for his expertise in bioweapons legislation, argues that the mRNA vaccines’ novel technology and potential for altering human cellular function bring them under the purview of Florida’s stringent regulations on biological agents. His affidavit supports the petitioners’ claims that the vaccines pose significant risks, warranting immediate governmental intervention.

The legal challenge underscores growing concerns about the safety and long-term effects of mRNA vaccines. Advocates of the petition argue that the vaccines’ expedited development and emergency use authorisation bypassed essential safety protocols, posing unprecedented risks to public health.

Governor DeSantis and Attorney General Moody have yet to respond publicly to the petition. However, the case has garnered considerable attention, fueling a broader national conversation about vaccine safety, regulatory oversight, and individual rights. Supporters of the petition believe that Boyle’s expert testimony will be pivotal in persuading state authorities to take decisive action.

    • Let me shed some light on this subject. AUS /NZ is the bugout location for the EL-ites when the whole world turna on them. AUS has all the infrastructure and military bases and NZ acts as a fall back for the leadership with some SSP assets.

NONE of this is going to turn out the way they are expecting / planing it.

      • Ha, me good mate, a building specialist for subterrean structures, knows several ‘end-time bug-out shelters’ and building sites of foreign and local ultra-high-net-worth individuals. He says, there is no way that these UHNWIs can come to NZ and bug-out unnoticed.
Bet they have not expected the tight-knit Kiwi community and our sense of Fair-Go.

  1. Keep in mind also that those Construction Contractors and Tradies who built the NZ bug-out locations for the ‘Super Rich Elite’ know exactly where those people will be hiding…
The rest is left up to the imagination, especially if we find ourselves living-out an ‘On The Beach’ scenario in real life, or what will be left of it…!
