The man accused of murdering a father and son in a deliberately lit Auckland house fire can now be named as 38-year-old Jaeyoung Jang of Sunnyhills, Auckland.
Jang, who first appeared in the Manukau District Court on 24 October, lost his name suppression late Monday night following a High Court order.
Emergency services found 36-year-old Jung Sup Lee and his 11-year-old son Ha-il dead inside their Bucklands Beach home on 2 October, after a blaze police say was started with an accelerant.
Jang has pleaded not guilty to both murders.
