Alleged Posie Parker assaulter seeks dismissal of charges

Eli Rubashkyn (also known as Eliana Golberstein) appeared in court today in Auckland.

Rubashkyn’s lawyer asked Judge Claire Ryan to dismiss the charges – Rubashkyn had earlier pleaded not guilty to assault and a related charge.

Rebel News reported the judge will make a decision on the dismissal application on 26 October.

The charges relate to incidents which took place at a #LetWomenSpeak event in Albert Park, Auckland in March. Rubashkyn is charged with pouring a can of tomato soup over Women’s Rights activist Posie Parker (Kellie-Jay Keen-Minshull) as she entered the band rotunda.

  1. It’s not like she’s LITERALLY on camera committing the act or anything 🤷🏼‍♂️

Seems like an open and shut case in my unprofessional opinion, but whatever. I’m sure the judge will make an unbiased and fair ruling, in NO WAY caving to leftist political pressure. If there’s one thing we can all definitely be certain of, it’s that our legal system is totally not a complete and utter farce at this point😉

  2. Ru BASH kyn the name says it all. A put up paid off puppet by the left to serve a purpose. What these dumdass puppets dont realise is that when the left is finished with them they are going to be the very first to be fed to the wolves.
