A former police officer and his wife were discharged without conviction after a violent altercation at an Auckland concert where they assaulted a woman during an argument over obstructed views.

The incident, which occurred during a November 2023 Boyz II Men and Jason Derulo concert, escalated when the couple verbally and physically attacked a concertgoer who had been dancing in front of them.

The husband punched the woman, and his wife kicked her while she was on the ground.

Though initially also charged with impersonating police, the man pleaded guilty only to common assault and unlawful possession of police property.

Despite the serious nature of the confrontation, the judge cited the man’s previously clean record and community involvement in granting the couple discharges without conviction.

They were ordered to pay $430 in reparations, and their request for permanent name suppression will be addressed in a separate hearing.

  1. Yet Barry Young found 99 people were jabed in one location and 36 were dead within a year. So they prosecute Barry and police ignore the murders.

Justice for all except for police personnel their partners and the 36 people , their families.

Then Luxon legislate forced jabs for all.

Luxon is a Nazi. He is a mass murderer.

New Zealand courts and police are are not courts of justice. They are government departments protecting themselves.

    You now have some choices.

Prepare to suvive, prepare to flight or die at the hands of these Nazi thugs.

  2. F**k this. How can people get away with behaviour. That was assault, plain and simple and it should have been punished. Idiot judge.

  3. Ex-Cop….says it all…so I assume that ‘discharged without conviction’ means potential reinstatement in the Police Force???
After all, the perps can’t have a criminal record if they are to be reinstated…!
These people and their Old Boy Masonic Ilk are always excused, and then rewarded or promoted.
And…’Permanent Name Suppression’ so that the public cannot ID the criminals…
Impersonating a cop? Well…didn’t someone in Auckland get 5 years for doing so?
I hope that the woman who was assaulted sues the shit out of these ‘legally-entitled’ perps in a civil action, and is awarded everything that they own!!! Maybe the victim will do a YouTube, Brighteon, etc and reveal what she encountered from two assailants who have the abusive cop mentalities and the deceptive ego that went with the mindset of assaulting others.

  4. If anyone else had done this, would this have been the outcome? Pays to know how to defend yourself, these days.

By the way, where were all the “men” at this concert, whilst this was going on? What happened to chivalry?
