The person accused of assaulting Women’s Rights campaigner Posie Parker has pleaded not guilty to two charges.

Eli Rubashkyn, also known as Eliana Golbersein entered the pleas today through her lawyer at the Auckland District Court.

The 34 year old is accused of assaulting Posie Parker (aka Kellie-Jay Keen-Minshull) at a #LetWomenSpeak event in Auckland last month by throwing tomato soup over her. The incident was captured on camera and made headlines around the world.

In the days following the incident Rubashkyn left the country and posted numerous times on social media from Sydney and New York.

Rubashkyn was born in Colombia and was granted refugee status and asylum in New Zealand in 2014.

New Zealand First leader Winston Peters reacted to the not guilty plea on Twitter, saying people who don’t repsect the rule of law should go back ‘where they came from’.

‘Only an out-of-touch narcissitic day dreamer could plead not guilty to an assault that was filmed, clearly identified, and then boasted about on national tv,’ wrote the former Deputy Prime Minister.

Rubashkyn is next due to appear in court in July.

  1. the very best thing should be to totally ignore that kind of contemptible idiot.
He is only looking to be talked about.
Should be locked up in the loony bin

  2. Winston, bro…

OF COURSE it will plead not guilty, even despite video evidence as well as already admitting to the assault.

Have you ever seen a lefty accept accountability for anything ever? Like ever??! Even just once.

And the only thing crazier than the unhinged wide eyes, the stupid cartoonish glasses and the obnoxious soy-mouth, is the fact that the glorified government employee presiding as “judge” over this case will side with this whackjob in the end. Bank on it 🤡

  3. I think people would have been content to ignore him, but he was not content with being ignored. These men are happy to engage in violent acts and a strong kickback is needed to convince them such will not work. Chris Hipkins was keen enough to hunt down non vaxd but just a sooky la la when it comes to definitive action against – well, he apparently doesn’t know who because he can’t tell the difference between a surgically enhanced man and a real woman. None of those screaming half-wits would even be here if it wasn’t for a trip down the birth canal of a real woman, (because men don’t have a birth canal) and being fed and changed for years by a mother.
A Columbian refugee in 2014, then eight years later an international citizen flying to Sydney and New York at the drop of a tomato tin. Could you afford to do that? I certainly couldn’t. Someone needs to be audited.

  4. I call distraction by attention seeking egotistical people whom are easily manipulated by bribes instigated by the deep state cabal. Unfortunately Kelly and others that turned up to hear Kelly speak were assaulted and harassed in a manner that seriously needs to be addressed and charged in court. As a fully functioning Woman and Mother I would prefer to see Eliana’s bad attitude checked with a short holiday in NZ in a secure facility, as I would recommend for a child of my own after intentionally assaulting another and consequently firing up a crowd to a level that put many lives in harms way.

    • i would call him Eli. That is his real name.
We all should refuse to play along with this nonsense and call them what they really are. Genetic disagree with their pretences
      Pathetic caricatures of women .
