Brian Tamaki and Destiny Church led a large-scale march through central Auckland, drawing thousands in support of Christian values, national identity, and family.
Branded as a rally for “faith, flag and family,” the event aimed to highlight concerns over cultural direction and immigration policy.
Tamaki called for a “Commonwealth crusade” to reclaim Christian heritage across former British nations and urged Prime Minister Christopher Luxon to recognise Christianity’s foundational role in New Zealand.
The march included chants promoting cultural unity and was met with a small counterprotest.
Tamaki described the day as a historic stand for faith, freedom, and the country’s future.
