All Blacks winger Caleb Clarke has pleaded guilty to dangerous driving and failing to stop in connection with a 2024 motorbike incident in Auckland, admitting to “an error in judgment”.
In a statement, Clarke said he has taken full responsibility for his actions and is focusing on his rugby career while awaiting the court and employment processes.
His lawyer has requested a discharge without conviction.
Clarke, 25, has played 28 tests for New Zealand and was part of the 2023 World Cup squad, is the son of former All Blacks midfielder Eroni Clarke.
