Tottenham Hotspur have parted ways with interim head coach Igor Tudor after just 44 days and seven matches, following a poor run that saw the club slip to 17th in the table, just one point above the relegation zone.
The decision, described as mutual, comes after five defeats in seven games, including a damaging 3-0 home loss to Nottingham Forest.
Tudor, who replaced the sacked Thomas Frank in February on a short-term deal, leaves alongside members of his coaching staff, while assistant Bruno Saltor will oversee training temporarily.
The club is expected to appoint a new head coach within days, with players due back from international duty soon, and also expressed support for Tudor following the recent death of his father.
