The House passed the No Rogue Rulings Act on Wednesday, a Republican-led bill aimed at limiting federal district judges from issuing nationwide injunctions, which have frequently been used to block Trump administration policies.
Spearheaded by Rep. Darrell Issa, the bill passed narrowly along party lines, 219-213, with no Democratic support. The legislation restricts district courts to rulings that affect only the parties involved, rather than implementing broad national blocks.
Republicans argue the measure reins in what they see as politically motivated judicial activicts, with Rep. Lance Gooden stating that some judges have acted like “activist liberal lawyers in robes.”
Although the bill’s passage marks a significant GOP victory in the House, it faces tough prospects in the Senate, where bipartisan support is needed to overcome the 60-vote filibuster threshold.

It just gets better and better.
NZ needs to do the same.
What about the Judges who own stock in Serco Prison Management, and benefit from keeping those who cannot afford bail locked-up indefinitely under Communist U.S. President Obama’s NDAA which allows for ‘indefinite detention’ which violates the U.S. Constitution beginning in 2010?
Here’s an example of nepotism, intrigue, and corruption that affects many J3wdicial benches…especially in the deeply Masonic ‘Southern States’…
