Vigilante volunteers mobilise in U.K. town amid growing fears over local crime wave

Dorset Police have refused to endorse the newly formed ‘Safeguard Force’, a 200-strong volunteer patrol group in Bournemouth, citing “significant concerns” over inadequate vetting, training, and safeguarding policies.

The group, created in response to rising fears over crime and recent high-profile incidents of disorderly behaviour, murder and sexual offences, aimed to provide visible, non-confrontational patrols, but police said its procedures lacked detail around body cameras, use of force, and first aid.

While Safeguard Force insists it is not a vigilante outfit and seeks only to “protect and reassure,” critics, including ‘Stand Up To Racism’, warned it risks “fostering division”, particularly toward “asylum seekers”. P

Police stressed that safer, established volunteer pathways exist, such as Special Constables and Watch schemes, and highlighted that officers continue to conduct extensive high-visibility patrols in Bournemouth.

  1. Cops are too busy chasing after people writing mean words on social media to worry about real crime.

Their latest insane tactic is to send female cops wearing tight fitting sports gear to run around the streets and have fellow cops following in an unmarked cop car arresting any male who dares to wolf whistle or make any remarks to the women.

Give it a few years and UK women will all be forced to wear burkas when out on the streets.

    • So you saw that too on Redacted? I had to laugh. The UK is a joke at this point. Wonder how long that Starmer creature and his pals, have left?

  2. Yeah right, their police are an absolute joke. More concerned about hurty words on line and men wolf whistling at women. Believe it or not, they now have a patrol made up of plain clothes police woman joggers to catch out men ogling or whistling at women. Total nonsense in a nation where real crime is rampant.

No doubt these watch groups will grow, as more imported criminals and perverts, go on committing crimes and getting laughably light sentences, if any.
