An Auckland business owner has been charged with 64 alleged instances of intentionally making intimate visual recordings without consent.
The man, who is in his 30s and co-owns a Newmarket clothing shop, pleaded not guilty to all charges during his appearance at the Auckland District Court.
The court has suppressed the man’s name until a hearing in January 2025, where the decision on whether to continue the suppression will be made.
The charges relate to incidents spanning several months in 2022, and the man has requested a trial by jury.
