A letter puporting to be from the Ngati Tama Te Kaeaea Trust has told Trevor Mallard that his trespass notices served on Convoy 2022 NZ protesters are invalid.
The letter, dated today from Tuffy Churton, the Principal Claimant reminds Mallard that the parliament grounds sit on the former site of the Ngati Tama Raurimu pa, an area of land under dispute, with ‘ownership still to be resolved.’
Accordingly, the trust ‘sanctions’ the protest. The trust consists of descendants of Taringa Kuri (pictured).
Video on social media from earlier in the day showed police serving notices, only to have them thrown back or ripped up, causing a section of the guard to retreat.

Maybe those police did not mind being ‘evicted’. There’s a LOT of police extremely uncomfortable with their role right now. This is one of those RARE times that comes along once every few generations where a higher duty clearly beckons. They sense this. Lots of cops have children too.
Spot on. Many of those cops still work on New Zealand’s “fair’s fair” basis, the glue that has kept this country the way its been until this UN proxy government took power. People see what’s happening in Parliament grounds. Many are aware that that spirit is pumping in New Zealand’s regions as well.
Tuffys letter effectiveness didn’t last 24 hours. Sadly.
It will.. Liz Melish has no voice on that land.. kupapa
Under the Bill of Exchange 1908, Mallard (or whatever orders the Trespass) needs to show payment in exchange for property. We all know this never happened. It’s a dead duck. Furthermore, he is a foreign subcontractor limited to governance for the purpose of peace and good order.
[…] Today in New Zealand, via the courts, the Maori Ngati Tama Te Kaeaea Trust finally served a notice of trespass to the government claiming an undisputed right of ownership of the land on which parliament sits. Yeah but it doesn’t belong to them either. It belongs to Te Atiawa Whanganui A Tara, the beneficiaries of Wellington Tenths Trust. And the occupiers were told to leave on behalf of its beneficiaries. So there.
