Who has the authority to decide when a beach has reached its capacity? Where can you find the relevant document which states that only a certain number of people are allowed per square metre? How does rhat compare with the capacity of a sports stadium? When is this repugnant bunch of totalitarian communist scum going to back off and let people lead their own lives?
