Ghislaine Maxwell challenges Epstein suicide claim, dismisses blackmail and client list claims

Ghislaine Maxwell news

Ghislaine Maxwell, the former confidante of disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein, has told US investigators that she does not believe Epstein committed suicide in his Manhattan jail cell in 2019, while also rejecting long-circulating claims of a so-called “client list.”

The Justice Department on Friday released transcripts and audio from her recent interview with Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche, conducted amid renewed public interest in Epstein’s death and alleged political connections.

Maxwell, who is serving a 20-year prison sentence for trafficking women to Epstein, said she “does not believe he died by suicide,” but dismissed theories of an external “hit,” suggesting instead that “if it is indeed murder, I believe it was an internal situation.” She also rejected speculation that Epstein was silenced because he held damaging information on powerful figures, saying there was “no reason to believe that” and branding the theory “ludicrous.”

On the question of whether Epstein maintained a “black book” or “client list” used for blackmail, Maxwell was unequivocal: “There is no list that I am aware of. I never heard that. I never saw it and I never imagined it.” She attributed the rumors to claims made in 2009 by Brad Edwards, a lawyer representing Epstein’s victims.

Maxwell further denied that Epstein blackmailed anyone, or that former President Donald Trump—whose past ties to Epstein have drawn scrutiny—was ever involved in misconduct. “I never witnessed the president in any inappropriate setting in any way,” she said, echoing Trump’s own insistence that he severed ties with Epstein long before his 2008 conviction.

The revelations have reignited fierce political debate in Washington, with Democrats accusing Trump of covering up Epstein-related files and Republicans pushing back against allegations of a broader conspiracy.

  1. The fix is in; she will get a pardon and there will be no other arrests.
BTW, the real reason you wont see an ‘Epstein list’ is because there is a video of Meleine Trump being F##ked by Epstein.

  2. Such a reliable source of truthful information, right, a convicted criminal? How the hell can you traffic young women without a list of people to traffic to? Apparently they could order these girls off a catalogue, so of course that catalogue has to be provided to the so called clients (low life scumbags).

  3. Please please let me out of prison, set me up with money and I promise never to tell anyone about the list and murder of Epstein.

  4. Agree with the comments, business’s deal with customers/clients. Of course there is a client list, especially for this level of dealing. And we know this business dealt in more than young Women. Needs to be sorted and taken out far more quickly than we are being shown, I just hope these creatures have been stopped already and we normies are being spun the story after the fact
