Anthony Joshua has officially signed a deal to face long-time rival Tyson Fury, ending years of failed negotiations, according to promoter Eddie Hearn.
The bout, still without a confirmed date or venue, is expected later this year, potentially in November. Joshua will first return to the ring on 25 July in Saudi Arabia against Albanian fighter Kristian Prenga, marking his comeback after time away following a fatal car crash involving his team in December.
Both Joshua and Fury, two-time heavyweight champions, have dominated British boxing for over a decade, making their long-awaited clash one of the sport’s most anticipated matchups.
