Convoy 2022 NZ – Day 2 social media highlights

Day 2 of Convoy 2022 NZ saw big numbers of kiwis turning out in support, despite the inclement weather in many parts of the country.

The North Island leg has met in Palmerston North, having split into two after leaving Hamilton this morning, with one section travelling down the west coast via New Plymouth, and the other down the east via Napier. The united convoy leaves tomorrow Tuesday for Wellington.

Meanwhile, in the South Island, the convoy has reached its destination of Picton, receiving a raptuous welcome.

  1. Thanks for the updates. Since our politicians supposedly represent US the citizens of this country, I will expect to see some of them meeting with the convoy when they arrive in Wellington. If they don’t then that tells us all we need to know about our so called democracy.

Let’s see which if the media will hold them accountable on our behalf….

  2. Yes, thank you for covering this, because if you don’t or can’t use social media, the REAL news can be difficult to access.
Daily Telegraph is now a better news choice for me.
