England rugby union captain Owen Farrell has tested positive for COVID-19 the day before the first international of the season against Tonga at Twickenham.
Farrell is now in isolation, and the RFU is awaiting the results of squad-wide PCR testing. It is expected the RFU will make an announcement Saturday morning (GMT).
