Drawing upon the full quote, in which Ms Deeks referred to Voices For Freedom’s community resilience project called Rebuild Free, Steve ‘Snoopman’ Edwards examines the idea of parallel structures that were developed to cope with totalitarian communist regimes.
Stuff Circuit reporter Paula Penfold — who performed the role of the propaganda film’s archer — drew many long bows to draw links between the profiled protagonists as “strategically intertwined” with alleged fascist groups, individuals or ideologies — foreign and domestic.
The objective behind the character assassinations was to identify the threat of a common enemy to unite against. The character assassinations were constructed with distortions consistent with the phenomena of mass ideological formation described by Belgium professor Mattias Desmet.

Very good, if slightly long investigation. All the bases are pretty much covered. It is a great example of what proper IJ is about and what the MSM should be doing instead of taking the easy way, making inaccurate and slanderous hits on good people. Easy money devoid of ethnics.
It’s very clear that what used to be high quality reporting by the mainstream is long dead and buried. That now falls to the occasional good blogger and the likes of DT. We are truly not in a good place. What was once reliable is nothing more than state driven propaganda. We must support the truth narrative when ever we come across it and share it with everyone.
It is also clear that the likes of Stuff and their contemporaries will not be changing their ways any time soon. The merging of TVNZ and RNZ is really the sounding of the bell government news organisations have been finally neutered. No matter which government is in power it will likely remain the same.
