So why are people still wearing masks outdoors when it has been proven not to prevent the spread of the virus, and in fact is detrimental to one’s general health for a myriad of other reasons?

It is a re-imagining of The Verve’s 1997 hit song ‘The Drugs Don’t Work’ with lyrics written and sung by CoronavirusPlushie to focus people’s minds on the folly and futility of mask-wearing outdoors in public:

People wear masks to comply with the Social Contract. Don’t underestimate the strength of these two words. It is already too late to take away the masks while our government and media, who are being paid by this government, are ideologically in compliance with those who are trying to dictate how we interact.

Alternate narratives are propagandised by the legacy media mercenaries in the West, including NZ. Jabcinda has budgetted three-quarters of a billion for the newly created state media entity when our child poverty is acute and people are living in motels and cars.
