As Hurricane Milton barrels toward Florida, President Joe Biden has issued a strong plea for residents in evacuation zones to leave immediately, calling it a “matter of life and death.”
With more than one million people ordered to evacuate Florida’s Gulf Coast, Biden warned the storm could be the most severe in over a century. Emergency declarations have been approved, and airlines are urged to help evacuate those in the storm’s path without exploiting the situation. Governor Ron DeSantis has mobilised 8,000 National Guard members and pre-positioned supplies, while residents scramble to evacuate, leaving debris from the recent Hurricane Helene in their wake.
Milton, now a Category 4 hurricane, is expected to make landfall along the densely populated Tampa Bay area, where storm surges and flooding threaten catastrophic damage.
The rare path of the storm, moving eastward across the Gulf of Mexico, heightens concerns. Meteorologists predict surges up to 4.5 metres, risking widespread flooding in low-lying areas.

Meanwhile here in Cancún all is well, the majority of the hurrican has weirdly steered away from this area, satellite pictures of the hurricane appears to have an indentation on the east side of it, thus avoiding the peninsula and isthmus and on its way to Florida.

I think that there is weather modification going on here. The primary aim of which is to stop (mostly) Republicans voting for Trump on November 5th. The secondary aim might be a land grab, particularly in North Carolina where I have heard that there are some towns that have been washed away and there are large deposits of lithium nearby. Eminent domain might be used to do this backed up by FEMA that only bring guns with them and no relief supplies. In fact, FEMA have been actively blocking supplies. I believe that the aim of this is to ensure that people leave the area with the result that the Federal government would then take over the area for its own purposes.
A similar thing happened in Hawaii last year with people being marched out of their own town by FEMA at gunpoint and realtors offering the people money for their land literally 2 hours after their homes were destroyed by the fires.
An interesting counterpoint and not mutually exclusive is that flooding could reveal underground child trafficking tunnels in Florida or elsewhere. However, whether THAT would make the news is another matter.
Honestly, who knows what’s really going on at this point.
