NSW Premier Chris Minns has vowed to pursue firearms law reform following the Bondi Beach terror attack, saying existing gun laws “need to change” after it emerged a deceased gunman was licensed to own six weapons.
Speaking in Sydney, Minns said legislation was now being drafted and he was prepared to recall parliament, stating the aim was “making it more difficult to get these horrifying weapons that have no practical use in our community,” particularly outside farming or agricultural needs, and warning current settings “put the public and police at risk”.
While stopping short of outlining specific measures, he said action was imminent and intended to have a “lasting impact”.
Meanwhile, Police Commissioner Mal Lanyon confirmed authorities were examining the gun licences held by the suspect’s father as part of the investigation, and said the firearms registry conducts thorough checks to ensure licence holders are “fit and proper,” amid reports the alleged shooter had previously been on Australian Security Intelligence Organisation’s (ASIO) radar.
That will not work. Criminals will have the guns. Law abiding citizens will not.
So the government creates the conditions for terrorism – supporting foreign wars that displace millions, then allowing mass immigration from incompatible cultures and religions, and failed to spot the terrorists depsite massive surveillance they conduct illegally, yet punishes law abiding gun owners?

Australia has strict gun control laws, so apparently the attackers knew they would not face anyone shooting back at them. Australians can thank their politicians for making them helpless in the face of deadly danger.

Why is anyone surprised this attack took place? People all over the world are falling over themselves expressing “shock” and “outage” about the attack.
For me, my first thought was: This is GAZA Retaliation.
Given what the state of Israel has done in the Gaza Strip, it is little surprise to me that such an attack has taken place.
Israel has used fighter jets to drop 2,000 pound bombs on apartment buildings, hospitals, schools, refugee camps, and even private homes, slaughtering over 60,000 men, women and children.
Each atrocity Israel committed was excused. No matter the target, Israel told the world “It was a HAMAS gathering.” Or it was a “Terrorist.” It didn’t matter they blew the arms or legs off little kids. It didn’t matter that babies were killed in their mother’s arms. It didn’t matter when they bombed a tent refugee camp, or that the bombs detonated propane gas cylinders which exploded and burned people to death in the camp. It was all “HAMAS” they said.
Lie after lie after lie. Murder after murder after murder. Israeli Army snipers even spent a few days shooting people standing in line for food. “Mistake” the IDF said. Then they did it again, and again, and again.
The world looked the other way and has done almost nothing to confront or stop the slaughter.
When the bombs weren’t dropping, wretched, filthy, degenerate, Israeli settlers were blocking the entry of food and water into Gaza — and the degenerate scum of the Israeli Army, protected those settlers! Frankly, based on the actions of some of these “settlers” I think they are the worst two-legged bags of human garbage on this planet.
When the International Court of Justice at the Hague began a Genocide Inquiry, Israel got the politicians it has bought around the world, to interfere with the Court itself!
No one has put a stop the the Israeli slaughter. In fact, over 500 more Palestinians have died since a so-called “cease fire” has been in effect.
So why is anyone surprised that this massacre has taken place? I think it is the logical outcome of the Israeli actions.

It is no surprise to me, at all, that this attack took place on Bondi Beach in Sydney, Australia. In fact, the only surprise to me is that something like this hasn’t happened sooner, or more often, in more places.
