Fatal shooting at South Auckland Church

Police received reports around 10am that someone had been shot dead at the Papatoetoe Seventh Day Adventist Church on Puhinui Road.

It’s understood the victim had links to the Mongrel Mob and Head Hunters gangs.

According to a media report, a church member told the congregation police had caught the suspected offender early this afternoon.
